the Puntland Bank association (PBA) Board of Directors consists of seven members representing the member banks, including the Chairman, and Deputy Chairman.
Each representative serving on the BOD is nominated by their respective Bank.
The Governing Board elects the Chairman and Vice Chairman annually in accordance with the constitution. Each Chairman serves a one-year term as stipulated in the PBA Constitution.
