Mohamed Said Isse is the Deputy Governor of the Puntland State Bank, providing senior leadership in financial governance and institutional administration. He has extensive experience in public administration and business, with a proven record of service in both government and the private sector. Mr. Isse previously served as Mayor of Qardho District (2009–2015), overseeing local governance, economic development, urban planning, public services, infrastructure, and community engagement. Mr. Isse holds a Master of Public Administration from Lincoln University (Malaysia), a Master of Community Development from Jomo Kenyatta University (Kenya), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from East Africa University.
